Use the staff allocation assistant to help plan your staffing requirements on a day to day basis.

The display shows the number of children in the selected room for each hour (or half hour) of the day along with the recommended (OFSTED) staff numbers. Staff members can then be allocated to the room until the staff requirements are fulfilled.

Staff allocation hours are automatically recorded enabling accurate weekly or monthly timesheets to be produced.
